As the founder and CEO of Iron City IT Advisors, William Laukaitis is a hands-on technologist and strategic visionary with over two decades of experience delivering enterprise-grade IT solutions across healthcare, education, managed services, and startups. With a sharp edge for execution and a deep well of experience as a former CIO and Chief Security Officer for major healthcare providers, William leads with precision, creativity, and grit.

A proud Pittsburgh native, William’s leadership style is defined by relentless follow-through and an obsession with results. At Genesis Medical Associates (GMA), he redefined operational maturity by modernizing infrastructure, enforcing HIPAA/NIST/SOC2 compliance, and deploying fully documented SOPs, DevOps boards, security frameworks, and onboarding workflows — all in under 90 days.
